Valet trash is a door-to-door waste pick up service where residents place their trash outside their units during scheduled times, and trained professionals collect and dispose of it properly into the on-site dumpsters or compactors. This simple service transforms everyday waste management into a convenient, efficient, and highly desirable amenity.

Here is how you can help us provide you prompt service, help keep your community clean, and our planet healthy!

Trash Preparation

  • Trash MUST be bagged and tied (double bag if there’s any leaks)

  • NO LOOSE TRASH

  • Double bag cat litter and pet waste

  • No bags over 25 lbs

  • No broken glass or sharp objects

  • No over-sized items, such as furniture, TV’s, large boxes, etc.

  • Flatten cardboard

Placing Bagged Trash Outside

  • Use ONLY trash bags

  • Place trash OUT within the scheduled window

  • Place trash in the designated area (by your door)

  • COLLECTION STARTS PROMPTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME

  • Trash placed out after the scheduled time MAY MISS PICKUP
